LANGUAGE

The Hebrew language uses one word to mean different things in different contexts. Very much like the computer help key in some programs where the help is in the context of the current screen

It may be of interest to look at a few words in the first chapter of the Bible to clarify

MAN MADE IN GOD'S IMAGE

It is written in Genesis 1:26 "And God said, Let us make Man in our image, after our likeness"

Likeness comes from the interesting root word TZEL, which we will consider under the description of Betzalel. The famous biblical artist who has Israeli Art schools named after him.

These two diagrams, above and below look at the similarity in the spelling of ADAM, RESEMBLE and EARTH using the paradigm diagrams of two triangles touching at their tips, meaning that one triangle is a precise mirror image of the other, in perfect symmetry, reflecting the theme that "Man is made in God's image"

A second biblical phrase which illuminates the mirror image symmetry of these diagrams is that Man is Made of dust Genesis 2:7 and to dust he will return Genesis 3:19

Blood is a theme running through the text of the diagram above. Each word has the two letters of the word DAM, blood in it.

The gematria of blood to the right is 44, the same as the total of mother and father as well as the gematria of child which is also 44.

Coincidence perhaps???

When God breathed into Adam's nostrils to bring him to life He breathed in a soul. Genesis 2:7

There is a link between the neshama , the soul, the breath and the person's name, Life starts with the infant's first INSPIRATION and life ends with our last EXPIRATION when we expire. In between birth and death the breathing is an indicator of our state, physical and spiritual. Therefore many religions use breathing in meditation as it is a potent reflector of our state.

As seen on the left the persons name, shem is the middle of the word Neshama.

NAME ...SHEM .......Mw

The letters of your name and my name and the names of all the creatures and substances have a special energy that reflects the name of that creature.

“Adam named all the creatures and God looked to see how he would name them.”

Bezalel was given the task of making a sanctuary, a microcosm in the desert, to be an image of the heavens, the Macrocosm. R Yehuda said that he knew how to permutate the letters with which the heavens and the earth were created. He built the tabernacle, to reflect the forces that brought the world into being .

The name Betzalel means in the shadow of God or IMAGE of God.( Be as in IN, TZEL shadow or image, El God).
Moses said he was in the shadow when God explained to Moses how to build the sanctuary.
